Today my Dividend Portfolio decreased by
$118.34
to $16,158.73.
The markets pulled back as expected and most of my
stocks closed lower.

The best performer of the day was NFI.TO, up by 1.38% or 16 cents to $11.74. NFI is one of the companies that I bought in March. The stock broke up today and closed at the highest level in 6 months. Both 50 and 200 DMA are trending up so the price momentum is bullish.

H&R Real Estate
The worst performer of the day was HR.UN.TO, down by 2.60% or 61 cents to
$22.85. There was no particular news why the stock was hit so much. Most of the
REITs, as a group, declined but H&R got hit the hardest.
