In October, my portfolio value decreased by $944 from 181,954 to $181,010. After three consecutive months of strong gains, the markets have finally pulled back a bit in the last week of October. In my TFSA account I had a contribution room of $4000 available for this year. I sold some stock in my regular account and transferred $3000 to TFSA and an additional $1000 from my checking account. Therefore I completely maxed out my TFSA for 2024.

Year-Over-Year Dividend Growth: $88.04 or 12.22%
Year-To-Date Dividend Income: $7,743.66
I’m pleased with the way the dividend is growing. In October I reached a new milestone of over $800/month in dividends.
Transactions
October turned out to be a busy month for stock trades. I sold some stock in my regular account and moved some cash to top off my TFSA account. My TFSA contributions will continue in 2025. Here’s what I sold and bought.
