Portfolio Value
In May, my portfolio value increased by $8,173, from $184,231 to $192,404. That was a big jump compared to last month. The portfolio is now at an all-time high. I’ve reached a new milestone of $190K, and I’m now looking forward to reaching the next milestone of $200K.

Dividends received in May 2024: $769.47
Year-Over-Year Dividend Growth: $82.97 or 10.78%
Year-To-Date Dividend Income: $4,216.89

Transactions

• Sold 255 shares of InterRent REIT (IIP.UN.TO) for $13.76 per share
• Bought 212 shares of Telus (T.TO) for $22.35 per share.

I sold all my shares of InterRent because the company is going to be acquired soon. I decided to close my position early and deploy the capital to Telus.
