In June, my portfolio value decreased by $3,185 from 159,581 to $156,396. We failed to break above 160K again. With the slow season ahead, it’s hard to predict the direction of the stock market. Regardless of the direction of the market, the dividends keep on rising.

The dividend growth is at 10.18% compared to the same period of last year. The growth rate is sustained by dividend reinvesting and dividend increases.
Transactions
Bought 20 shares of Telus (T.TO) for $20.72 per share
The telcoes such as Bell and Telus are really cheap right now. I think it’s a great buying opportunity for a decade hold. I will continue to add to my Bell and Telus positions.
Ads Revenue
In June, I collected $357.61 in adsense revenue from my YouTube channel. It was the best month of this year however; it’s still historically low. I had months making over 1K per month on YouTube. Things have changed, but I was happy to see a slight uptick in earnings.
