In July, my portfolio value increased by $11,141 from 156,396 to $167,537. So far this was the best performing month of the year. I’ve been trying to break above 160K and it finally happened. I did not expect the markets to go up that much in July. The month of August has started pretty rough and the markets are drifting down. Let’s wait and see how the markets play out.

The dividend growth is at 9.19% compared to the same period of last year. The growth rate is sustained by dividend reinvesting and dividend increases.

Bought 10 shares of BANK OF MONTREAL (BMO.TO) for $120.30 per share
I wanted to add more Telus or Bell but because they bounced back from their lows, I decided to add to my BMO position. I now own 45 shares of BMO. If the stock continues to fall, I will add more.
Ads Revenue
In July, I collected $325.25 in adsense revenue from my YouTube channel. It was a slow month but I wasn’t active either. I took so time off from making videos and went on vacation.
