Portfolio Value
In December, my portfolio value decreased by $3,595 from $145,864 to $142,269. The year-end selling has dragged my portfolio down and it’s actually back to the same level it was a year ago. But I'm glad that we can contribute an additional $6,500 starting next month. This will boost the value and the payouts!

Please note that this year I did not receive any special dividends in December, that’s why the YoY dividend growth is only 6%.
