my Dividend Portfolio increased by $78.47
to $13,783.77. The best performer of the day was Lightstream Resources (LTS.TO) up by
3.10% or 23 cents to $7.65. The worst performer
of the day was Enercare (ECI.TO) down by 1.54% or 15 cents to
$9.57.

Shares of BPO.TO
Recently I posted about my plans to sell Brookfield
Office Properties. I sold my shares today for $19.83 which
is higher than the original takeover offer of $19.34. Maybe the market is
expecting a higher bid because the stock price is trading a bit higher. I will
use the proceeds from sale to buy another dividend payer.
