For the month of December I received a total of $97.64 in dividends vs $69.98 a year ago. That’s an increase of 40 percent on year over year basis! My total Year-to-Date dividend income for 2013 is $1,129.61.

As of January 2014, my monthly dividend income will decrease by about $14 because LTS.TO cut their monthly dividend by 50% from 8 cents to 4 cents per share.
I plan to make new contributions to my TFSA account within the next couple of months. With the new purchases I will be able to achieve $100 per month in dividend income by the end of 2014.
