Portfolio Value
In November, my portfolio value increased by $1,057 from $144,807 to $145,864. It was a modest increase in value considering half the amount came from dividends. The year-end is around the corner. Let’s see how December month plays out.



Dividends
Dividends received in November 2022: $655.76
Dividends received in November 2021: $479.27
Year-Over-Year Dividend Growth: $176.49 or 36%
Year-To-Date Dividend Income: $6,744.27

Transactions
Bought 40 shares of Dream Industrial (DIR.UN.TO) for $11.77 per share.
Bought 2 shares of IA Financial (IAG.TO) for $72.49 per share.

I’m debating on adding more of Algonquin Power shares, but first I want to see how the management is going to manage the debt load. They will have to reduce the dividend and reduce the capex. I’ll keep an eye on the news because this is a great company to hold for the long term.



Ads Revenue
In November, I collected $512.27 in adsense revenue from my YouTube channel. This is about the same as usual.
