In November, my portfolio rose by $7,814, increasing from $215,306 to $223,120. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting the markets to perform well that month. They showed some weakness during the first week, but then recovered and continued rallying to new all-time highs.
Dividends
Dividends received in November 2025: $907.32
Dividends received in November 2024: $822.23
Year-Over-Year Dividend Growth: $85.09 or 10.34%
Year-To-Date Dividend Income: $9,545.15
Transactions
November was a busy month, and I made more transactions that usual. I also had extra capital to invest from sale of First National Corp. Here are the stocks I bought in my TFSA:

- Northwest Healthcare (NWH.UN.TO) – 150 shares at $5.55 per share
- Dream Industrial (DIR.UN.TO) – 100 shares at $12.20 per share
- Riocan Real Estate (REI.UN.TO) – 100 shares at $18.49 per share
- CT REIT (CRT.UN.TO) – 70 shares at $15.96 per share
- Telus (T.TO) – 45 shares at $18.31 per share
