Another month behind us and it’s time to report the July update. In July, my portfolio value increased by $1,651 from $152,626 to $154,277. In the beginning of the month, the market was volatile but then it stabilized towards the end of the month. The TSX index gained about 900 points from the bottom to the peak, helping my portfolio to gain value as well.

Year-Over-Year Dividend Growth: $83.39 or 13%
Year-To-Date Dividend Income: $4,827.23
July was a great month for passive income. I’m always happy to see a double digit growth in year-over-year income.

Bought 3 shares of CIBC (CM.TO) for $57.60 per share
Bought 5 shares of BELL (BCE.TO) for $57.76 per share
Bought 10 shares of SMART REIT (SRU.UN.TO) for $25.27 per share
Bought 25 shares of NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE (NWH.UN.TO) for $7.08 per share
In July I did a few small transactions. My TFSA account is maxed out so I simply reinvested the dividends.
Ads Revenue
In July, I collected $275.35 in adsense revenue from my YouTube channel. Adsense revenue is slowing down every month. I need to publish more content to stop the drop in revenue and reverse the course.
