In April, my portfolio increased by $11,456, rising from $247,983 to $259,439. After a weaker March, the portfolio rebounded nicely as market sentiment improved. During the month, I also contributed $300 to my TFSA, leaving $2,400 in remaining contribution room.

Choice Properties (CHP.UN.TO): 90 shares at $15.28 per share.
I continued adding to high-quality REIT positions during April. Choice Properties remains an attractive long-term holding due to its stable tenant base and consistent monthly distributions. The purchase also helps strengthen the income-generating side of my portfolio while valuations remain reasonable.
